Another kitten this way comes…………

I suppose it was inevitable 🙂 we have another new child!
I will have to take a picture and put it up here for all to see…..he is a beautiful, ginger fuzz-ball (Nessy by name) and our last new baby (Scraps) has totally taken him under his care 🙂
It’s strange how these things work…2 weeks back I had to say goodbye to one of my old baby’s – he developed chronic diabetes. It is so upsetting even knowing that it is the best thing in the circumstances. I hate losing a kitty.
Then my son arrived home with the new orphan – so small and afraid and needing love ( and food!)

So Nessy will be meeting my vet soon for his first inoculations (then he won’t talk to me for the rest of the day!) And in November Scraps will be back there to be fixed……unbelievable how the year has just gone!

In the meantime Damascus has been nonstop busy and December bookings are coming in fast and furious. Which is great…..at this rate I can see I’ll be fully booked by October!
At the moment things are still dull and dusty…..and most nights very cold. But Spring is peeping round the corner! The mornings have that special fresh clarity….I just cant explain it. You almost feel you could reach up and take a handful of the bright blue sky 🙂
Even the birds sound different!

And now I have kitty houses to clean and gardens to tidy for my next guests…….3 kitties who only speak Portuguese and Cat – fortunately I’m fluent in Cat lol!!
